Landmark plc
When Business Centre operator Landmark approached M+A London to design their new 25,000sqft space at 125 Old Broad Street, the request for a facility that each of the individual tenants can regard as their own required a design strategy not usually associated with serviced offices.
The decision not to use signage, logos or corporate colours provided the unique opportunity to design a space in which art plays a major part in creating a contemporary office environment.
M+A London’s brief to design a stylish yet comfortable facility was met by combining modern furniture and lighting with antique pieces, ceramics and sculptures while Landmark’s impressive collection of contemporary art that has been distributed throughout the public areas, creating a showcase for young British artists.
Overlooking the City on the 6th and 7th floor of the building, the Centre is comprised of 47 Business and Executive Suites, elegant meeting rooms, a spacious reception and associated support facilities.
